This consistent quality is the result of multiple 100% – inspections throughout the entire production process, and delivery reliability is the result of long-standing partnerships with selected suppliers.

BC-TECH subjects every product to an oil pressure test, a helium leak test, a microscopic inspection, and an insulation resistance measurement. Each process is also manually checked several times by specially trained employees in our independent quality assurance department. The results are documented in quality reports, material certificates, and layer thickness protocols.
