BC-TECH AG takes over the partner company Rätia Mechanik. This results in significant benefits for employees and customers.

Rätia Mechanik has been producing high-quality turned and milled parts and so-called eroded parts since 1992. These are workpieces that are created precisely – down to a few thousandths of a millimeter – according to customer requirements. Customers from the watchmaking and automotive industries as well as the medical technology and mechanical engineering sectors rely on the precision work.

Rätia Mechanik has long enjoyed a close partnership with BC-TECH AG, the specialist for high-quality Glass-to-metal Feedthroughs. Now the synergies can be utilized even better – and in the service of customers: BC-TECH AG is taking over Rätia Mechanik completely. This means that the production of workpieces now takes place “in-house”. The workpieces are an important component of BC-TECH AG’s products.

The company takeover enables BC-TECH AG to offer the production of Glass-to-metal Feedthroughs even more consistently from a single source. The qualities and know-how of the two manufacturers flow together, and the experience of the employees enables optimum processes. Customers of BC-TECH AG in particular benefit from this. They can look forward to lean order processing and high-precision products.
